Leaflyx is committed to processing and shipping orders with care, discretion, and compliance in mind. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are reviewed, processed, shipped, and delivered for hemp-derived products purchased through our website.
Because Leaflyx operates in the hemp e-commerce space, all orders are subject to inventory availability, payment approval, destination eligibility, and compliance-related review before shipment.

2. Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed in the order received, subject to inventory availability, payment approval, compliance review, and fulfillment volume.
Processing times may vary depending on weekends, holidays, promotional periods, product demand, weather events, operational volume, or additional order verification.
3. Verification, Compliance & Order Review
Orders may be reviewed for age verification, identity confirmation, billing consistency, fraud prevention, shipping eligibility, product restrictions, or other compliance-related reasons before fulfillment.
Leaflyx may request additional information before shipping an order, including confirmation of shipping details, identity, or eligibility to purchase hemp-derived products in the destination jurisdiction.
If an order cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or may violate our policies or applicable restrictions, we may delay, cancel, or refuse the order.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Eligible Destinations
Leaflyx ships only to destinations we determine are currently eligible under our operational policies and product restrictions. Availability may vary by state, county, city, or local jurisdiction.
It is your responsibility to understand whether hemp-derived products are permitted in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
We reserve the right to block, restrict, hold, cancel, or refund any order shipping to a location that we believe may be restricted, ineligible, or operationally unsupported.
5. Carriers, Transit Times & Delivery
Leaflyx may use third-party shipping carriers and delivery providers to fulfill orders. Estimated transit times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, mechanical issues, routing interruptions, seasonal volume spikes, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Leaflyx is not responsible for delays, losses, fees, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or rejected address information submitted by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
7. Adult Signature & Age-Related Delivery Requirements
Certain orders may require age verification, government-issued ID review, adult signature on delivery, or other delivery safeguards depending on product type, destination, carrier requirements, or Leaflyx policy.
If a required adult signature or delivery verification cannot be completed, the carrier may delay, reroute, return, or refuse delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an eligible adult is available to receive the package when required.
8. Risk of Loss, Title & Delivered Orders
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, or upon transfer to the carrier where applicable under governing law and carrier practice.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Leaflyx is not responsible for theft, misdelivery caused by customer-provided address errors, tampering after delivery, or other post-delivery events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Shipments
If your package appears delayed, stalled in transit, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after shipment, please contact support@leaflyx.co so we can review the shipment status with you.
Leaflyx may, at its discretion, assist with carrier claims, shipment review, or reasonable next steps depending on the order status, scan history, and circumstances presented.
Shipping investigations and carrier responses may take time, and final resolution may depend on the carrier’s tracking records, claim rules, and delivery confirmation.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that changes, corrections, or cancellations can be made before processing or shipment.
If you need to request a correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Leaflyx may attempt to accommodate the request but is under no obligation to do so once the order has entered processing, review, packing, or shipment stages.
