This page explains how Leaflyx reviews return requests, replacements, damaged product claims, and refund eligibility for hemp-derived products, including timelines and product condition requirements.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it has been less than 60 days since your order was delivered, we are happy to review eligible return, replacement, and refund requests.
To qualify for return review, products must generally be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible purchase, contact support@leaflyx.co and we will review the situation. In some cases, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the product condition, order history, claim type, and applicable policy.
Because Leaflyx operates in the hemp e-commerce space, some products may be final sale or subject to stricter safety, compliance, and product-integrity rules than traditional retail items.
2. Return Window
Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible once you notice a problem so we can review your request promptly and guide you on next steps.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return consideration, an item must generally be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original condition
- In the original packaging
Leaflyx may approve returns, replacements, store credit, or refunds in situations such as:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect item received
- Material shipping error
- Verified defective product
4. Opened or Used Products
Opened or used hemp-derived consumable products are generally not eligible for return due to safety, compliance, and product-integrity considerations.
If a product has already been opened or partially used, you may still contact support@leaflyx.co and we will review whether any partial refund, replacement, or store credit options may be available based on the circumstances.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Without limiting any final-sale designation, Leaflyx may deny return or refund requests in situations including:
- Opened consumable products, unless verified as defective or shipped in error
- Used products
- Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
- Requests based on personal preference, taste, aroma, or individual effect
- Customer dissatisfaction based solely on product strength or subjective experience
- Orders delayed by carrier issues outside Leaflyx’s control
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Failure to receive a package where adult signature or pickup was required
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Requests submitted after the 60-day review window
- Claims lacking supporting information or showing signs of abuse or fraud
6. Step-by-Step Return Instructions
If you need to request a return, replacement, or refund review, please:
- Email support@leaflyx.co
- Include your order number
- State the issue clearly
- Attach photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage if applicable
- Wait for written instructions from Leaflyx before sending anything back
Returns or packages sent without authorization may be refused, lost, or deemed ineligible for refund or replacement review.
7. Damaged Product Claims Process
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears materially defective, contact Leaflyx as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request supporting information, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the inner packaging
- Photos of the product condition
- A short written description of the issue
After review, Leaflyx may, in its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
8. Refund Timeline
If Leaflyx approves a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund after it has been processed on our side.
9. Replacements, Store Credit & Refund Method
If Leaflyx determines that a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate, the form of resolution may be chosen at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
Store credit or replacement may be offered where product availability, claim type, timing, or operational conditions make that resolution more appropriate than a refund.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, route protection fees, taxes, and similar charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where Leaflyx determines otherwise.
